Support for moms navigating postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection

When Motherhood Feels Different Than You Imagined.

Many of the women I work with are high-achieving moms who are used to figuring things out — the career, the marriage, the plans. From the outside, everything looks in place. But it’s common that after having a baby, nothing feels the way you thought it would. Even with deep love for your family, it can feel unsettling to experience anxiety, disconnection, or a loss of yourself.

Many moms find themselves:

Longing for holistic support that honors both mind and body

There is a path forward. With the right support, healing can happen sooner than you think. Innovative therapeutic approaches can help you feel grounded, connected, and whole again.

My Specialties

EMDR Therapy

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you reprocess painful memories and experiences. EMDR regulates the nervous system and reshapes brain patterns so that what was previously triggering can be confronted without emotional spiraling. EMDR can help balance your mood and make you feel much more at peace, as well as improve communication, boundaries, and relationships. Many clients are surprised by how efficient and permanent the effect of EMDR is and how they go from feeling broken to feeling whole.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

This is a nature-based therapy practice where you and I meet up at an agreed-upon trail and practice mindfulness skills in a setting while walking. You are welcome to bring your babies. The combination of physical activity, therapeutic conversation, and nature exposure can promote holistic well-being for both mothers and their babies. Walk-and-talk therapy can be more accessible and less intimidating than traditional therapy settings, encouraging more mothers to seek the help they need.

about me

Hi, I'm Bridget.

I know how easy it is for women to silently carry shame, anxiety, and disconnection, even when everything looks fine on the outside. I’ve lived that myself. After my own birth experience, I struggled with depression when breastfeeding didn’t go the way I expected. I had taken the classes, hired the doulas, married the right partner, and did everything “right,” but nothing prepared me for how disorienting it felt when motherhood did not come naturally. I started to believe it was a flaw in me.

That experience changed everything. It showed me how deeply women need safe, integrative support that doesn’t just skim the surface but creates real breakthroughs.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic support that addresses the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Many of my clients come to me after trying talk therapy or lifestyle changes without finding the relief they need. Together, we use innovative therapeutic methods that help you reconnect with yourself, your partner, and your family.

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. With the right support, you can feel calm, confident, and at home in yourself again.
